First time at Jackson’s and I will be back again. I wanted a new look so went for the Balayage and roots colour. Radia did an amazing job and I am really happy with the colours for both the roots and balayage. The cut was how I wanted it. I will be back again in a few weeks. All the staff were friendly, really welcoming and there was a relaxed atmosphere in the salon. I also had my eyebrows done and the lady who did them did a thorough job and was really professional. my highlights, cut and blow dry are brilliant, however... my boyfriend had long hair and just wanted a cut, his fault was to tell the hairdresser to cut them shorter than he should but her fault was to give him a bob cut.. literally, he looked like a girl, I told him but he obviously was too embarrassed to say anything so we had to spend more money to fix his haircut.
even if my hair looks good I'm not sure I'll be back there soon...
