Having been to Jackson’s before for colouring, I thought I’d go again to top up on colour. I booked with Ati as I had read lots a great reviews about her on Treatwell. Ati was lovely and made me feel welcome but I am sad to say that my hair colour wasn’t great at all. She was alone in the salon with a girl training and there were lots of different people coming in for colouring and threading whilst I was getting my hair coloured. My colour was rushed as someone else had turned up for their appointment. It wa so rushed that I had colour on my cheeks, forehead, ears, hands and arm. Dark dye that didn’t come off even with the stain remover. I felt my hair was rushed and Ati didn’t really seem to care or apologise about the dye on my face and body. I was told not to worry it will wash off in a few days time. That’s not the point, it shouldn’t have been there in the first place. If I wasn’t rushed and I was given the proper time and treatment, this wouldn’t have happened. Unfortunately I won’t be going there again.
