Really hate having to give a bad review. I have been here multiple times to get eyebrow threading and tinting and always came away really pleased with my eyebrows. Unfortunately that was not the case today. I dont want to be too harsh because I came in with fake tan on my face (which I did make aware to the member of staff) which I think did affect the eyebrow tint so I will take responsibility for that which made the colour tint go patchy and off colour. However the lady put the tint on far too thick and I ended up looking like I had slugs for eyebrows! I’ve never had this problem here before. I know thick brows are on trend but she went way around the outside of my actual brow hairs. She did try her best to scrub off as much of the tint as she could to try and fix it which I do appreciate but I have to leave this review here as the treatment was way below the standards i’ve usually had here.

Really good value, very thorough and friendly, but could do with some music as you can hear everything from the salon and presumably they can hear you in the treatment room, which is a bit off putting. Had some raw skin from the wax being pulled wrong.

Arrived early to get mans cut and beard tidy up. Boss man does a amazing job and I can wait to come back. Lady does a great job to wax mans back. Finally found a great place to get the combo regularly now.
