Came to get a straight Bob cut,left with anything but straight,when I asked her and told her that the front part is shorter she told me to tilt my head a bit. So I'm supposed to walk and look down in order to have a straight haircut. Also she was poking me the whole time with her too long nails and overall not pleasant experience wouldn't recommend.
