Is it possible to leave a 0 star review? Going to this establishment has been one of the worst hair experiences I have ever had. My appointment was 30 minutes late, i was shuffled between 3 separate stylists (none of whom seemed to know how to use a BUZZER), no one could understand what I wanted, even though I brought multiple photos, and THEN when the woman finally started cutting my hair she did it with such nonchalance that she didn't even LOOK at my hair while she snipped away. I should have walked out when the appointment was so late.
Basically unless you need the most basic shampoo or fringe trim, save your money and your sanity and go LITERALLY anywhere else.

I came in to have my roots treated by Ati , but another Lady was asked colour my roots she use the colour on my roots and the rest of my hair which changed my hair colour . I was told by Ati I only need my roots to be coloured not the rest of my hair
I left not happy as I only wanted my roots done , I do not like the colour which I now have,I am not blaming Ati but the lady who was doing my roots .
Sorry have to give my honest opinion
