Ati knew exactly what I wanted after I showed her a picture and the colour has come out almost perfectly! A few highlights that are slightly chunky but nothing that I mind too much. I opted in for Olaplex treatment for an extra £20 however I don't think it was done as thoroughly as it could have been as my hair actually feels a lot more dry after the treatment than what it was before. The salon felt a bit crowded despite it meant to be having social distancing measures. All the staff wore masks.

I had a baylayage, cut and blow dry at Jacksons. Pari was lovely - really considerate and listened to what i asked for. The final result was beautiful and the exact colour i wanted. She was also very careful of my ear piercing which was much appreciated!
