I’ve had two treatments here previously & they were great. I went again on 31st October to have my roots done. I was told by the manager that because I had an almost healed cold sore on my lip that the none of the staff would do my hair. One member of staff was ‘particular & sensitive’ and the other was pregnant. The pregnant member of staff told me she also couldn’t do my hair because she ‘didn’t want to take any risks’. When I tried to point out that there would be no touching of my lip during a hair appt, again I was told that they weren’t willing to take risks. The ‘manager’ who was the pregnant member of staff then shouted & pointed at me, told me to shut up & eventually told me to get out.
There is nothing on their website or their page about health & safety & unless they ask all customers to fill out a form of declaration, they don’t know what ‘risks’ they’re exposing themselves to. Uneducated, impolite & discriminatory
