Treatment was a little bit rushed I felt, but can understand at moment what with having to wear ppe etc.
Unfortunately it has taken a layer of skin from underarm and left very sore and red patches for a few days now. Perhaps was too hot or was the way was ripped off, as doesnt usually happen to me when i get waxing, either way other places also use talcum powder first which helps. Overall was very thorough and made sure all the hairs were removed.

Asked for ash blonde. I got yellow / honey blonde. Going to have to soak my hair with toner and purple shampoo to try get it more ashy blonde. The place is average, nothing glam about it just standard hair dressing. It’s very clean tho.
