I asked her to trim my hair and my layers. At the end I noticed she hadn’t touched my layers and asked her why and she said she can’t cut layers on dry hair. She was very defensive and insisted if I wanted her to cut my layers I’d have to rebook a wash cut and blow?? My hair is very thick so now it just looks like a block on my head. I usually leave a hairdressers feeling a million dollars but today I barely felt like a nickel.
