The colouring was good but there was no customer service at all. A girl start on my foils but worked off without a word to go and wash someones hair so i was left with noone for a while. I did not recieve and appology or explination. I was upsold a treatment but feel i only recived the one i had already paid for so paid for something i did not recieve in the end.

I chose to go back to Abi for my dry cut as she did such a great job first time, and once again I'm so happy with the result! I was quite specific about what I wanted and Abi took great care to make sure it was what I'd envisaged - kept checking that I was happy with the length, texture etc. as she went along so no chance of any unwelcome surprises. Had compliments on my cut all weekend! Will definitely keep coming back :)
