I had the worst haircut of my life here, and the worst customer service. The cut was so much shorter than I asked for, it was uneven, it looked lifeless and I cried afterwards as it was so bad. When I called Radia to ask for a refund, she yelled down at me that I was trying to cheat her out of money, even though I was in tears. She eventually agreed to give me a £10 refund, but never responded to my emails with my details to receive the refund. Awful experience, I regret the whole experience.
