Unfortunate experience this time. I've been coming to Jackson's for years because I believe they do great blow dries at an affordable price. Unfortunately they are not managing their expansion well, staff were all on top of each other didn't know what was going on, there seemed to be someone doing their own hair which I'm assuming was a member of staff. Clients who booked like myself got overlooked when someone said yes to walk ins. I had my hair washed twice and had to sit withxa wet head for 10 minutes in between. The girl who did my blow dry did a great job under alot of unfair pressure. Staff arguing between each other over who was responsible for closing up the shop whilst I was still sat in the chair wasn't a great experience either.
