The ladies were lovely,but I feel they were in a rush and it was all a little hectic. Pedicure was good,it's a no frills room in basement but a great job. Hair was disappointing, a 45mins app took 30mins, blow dry at the end for loose curls ended up straight,the sinks and seating areas were not sprayed down inbewteen customers nor were they tidied and cleaned and I felt uncomfortable. The ladies all worn correct PPE and gave masks to customers. In CV times more attention to cleaning needed.

Ati knew exactly what I wanted after I showed her a picture and the colour has come out almost perfectly! A few highlights that are slightly chunky but nothing that I mind too much. I opted in for Olaplex treatment for an extra £20 however I don't think it was done as thoroughly as it could have been as my hair actually feels a lot more dry after the treatment than what it was before. The salon felt a bit crowded despite it meant to be having social distancing measures. All the staff wore masks.
