I come to Jackson , as I am welcomed by the staff, to see if I could be booked to have my hair , coloured and a trim , to find Parry ,who is so efficient with her work, made me feel very welcome and said she would fit me in , considering I had not made a appointment, that I feel is good customer service .Thank you Parry

Usually have a lovely result here, but sadly this wasn’t what I asked for. I wanted some more subtle balayage to help as I grow the colour out, but this is more like a full head of highlights (and a bit blocky and not very subtle at the root). Came out much too light, which Nazi kindly re-toned, but unfortunately just not what I was wanting and means I’ll have to have a retreatment sooner than planned as it won’t grow out very subtly.
But Nazi was very lovely!
