Absolute disaster, having waited 40 mins from the appointment time my hair was butchered! I had long naturally curly hair (which is now almost a bob!) and I asked Radia for a trim.
Instead what I got was two separate hairstyles with blunt layers, which looked ridiculous. Upon showing me the back, I know Radia knew herself it was awful as she continued to cut into it more - making a bad job worse. £100 later for another stylist, different salon to try and fix it. Will never return here again.

I was mostly happy with my hair, there was some tones I was hoping would be gone by the end of the process as my stylist assured me but rather than ashy blonde it looks more strawberry blonde. The salon itself felt very cramped and I was moved from chair to chair, also noticed the areas weren’t being wiped down between clients. I think given the current situation the salon could’ve done more to sanitise. Overall my hair was okay but not sure I would go back again during this particular time.
