My hair stylist was brilliant, am really pleased with the result of my cut and colour and she made an effort to ensure that it matched what I wanted. 5 stars! Everyone was wearing masks and there are screens between seats so I felt relatively safe, but different seats were not cleaned or sanitised between customers as they moved around.

Sadly didn’t get the haircut I asked for! Cut far too short even though I explained how much off and showed a photo. The experience otherwise was ok, although the hair wash wasn’t very relaxing or long and I would have appreciated a refreshment.
