At first I was seen by another stylist, and we agreed on the haircut together. Halfway through, she asked me to switch chairs and then left to help another client. She did not ask if I was okay changing stylists or even tell me that was happening. The second stylist did not listen to me when I said what I wanted. She cut way more hair off (so much that there isn't enough to curl, and I always wear my hair curly). When I corrected how I wanted the back and the edges, she said it wasn't right.

Good experience despite the salon having an exceptionally busy time on my visit. The haircut itself was great - Marzeyah understood what I wanted and advised me to tweak the cut based on my hair and texture, she was very experienced and I'm very happy even though it's a radical change. She understood when I had to rush the end of the treatment and was very accommodating. Would return.
