Have had my hair cut here a few times and all good experiences. This time, despite being within my time, the hairdresser did not have time to do finishing touches because another customer arrived which was a shame, but the wash, cut and blow dry was otherwise satisfactory.
Have not had a facial wax before, was not given a mirror to look in after, it was over very quickly. At home I saw huge areas had been missed I had to frantically do it myself as it looked so odd.
