Hairdresser ignored what I asked for and instead gave me the cut they wanted me to have even though I explicitly said I did not want that style. I asked for c.2 inch trim, they have taken off about 5 inches, and even more around the front :( unfortunately I won't be returning.

Radia was a lovely lady and very friendly. However, my highlights were absolutely appalling - they were barely highlights, more chucks of bright colours. I was so upset, the highlights didn't even reach my roots, I already had a re-growth before I had left the hairdressers! She rushed through my hair and I could not believe how I looked when i walked out. I had to call up another hairdresser to fix the mistake, costing me more more! I demand a refund, and I am very happy to send photos as proof.
