They changed all of my appointments. The woman that did my hair took only 1/2 hour to cut and blow dry...it’s not a level cut either. The woman that did my nails made me feel awkward asking why I’d rated my hair as 1 star 10 mins in after zero conversation. My gel nails chipped badly after a day. Neither women were friendly and they did not make any effort. They spoke more to their colleagues in a different language. LOVED the lash lady, super friendly and great lashes!!!

Rima was brilliant! Incredibly speedy but taking care to make sure she did a great job. Eyebrows looking fab. Was nervous about how painful my wax would be after a year off but had nothing to worry about! Will be back and highly recommend
