I had to put terrible for Namo as my appointment with him was at 8:30 in the other shop but he was only due to arrive at 10 so I got my hair cut by Hedi who was really good. So the terrible is for the online appointment system. Everything else was really good and Hedi was perfect! You should have an option fo N/A.

First haircut after lockdown, thanks. From sanitisers at the door, plastic dividers between patrons and the barbers wearing masks, well thought out. The haircut was exactly as I asked for. 👍
