Jackie is great, very warm and welcoming. The lamination is effective but I think more on people with more brows to work with (mine are over-plucked!). A good solution for a holiday or event.

I went to this place as I am new to the area and had seen the reviews. She took too much off my left eyebrow and it looks quite uneven. She did comment on how my eyebrows were uneven but she could have said it in a more professional way.
