Spent a lot to grow my hair and make a nice bob (slightly short on the back and long on the sides.
Explained to a new guy that apparently had so many years of experience…
Didn’t notice at first as my hair were over blow dryer making them quit ok even if I had the feeling was not ok but I trusted the owner that I really liked.
One my first shampoo noticed that I had a huge hole on the sides and longer on the back.
Very disappointed, uneven back hairline and tried to charge £40 instead £29

I chose the most basic wash and cut, from start to end it took about 20 minutes so if you’re in a rush then it’s good. I just chopped a few inches off, nothing special so the cut was fine.
