Even though they couldn't find my appointment in the diary, the team was very friendly and took their time to wash, cut and blow dry my hair. The salon was very busy but I enjoyed the buzz and felt fresh and renewed afterwards. The cut looks still good after a couple of days. The blow dry on the day was very nicely done. Would go again.

Rozi was lovely! There was originally a problem with the nail polish she used, and I didn’t have time to fix at the appointment, so she kindly completely redid the gel manicure another day for free. She was very professional and attentive to detail.
