This was my first time coming to Jackie and Co.
When I arrived the staff were attentive and asked me what I wanted done and we reached a conclusion together after a brief consultation.
During my visit, there was an altercation with another customer who was very rude to staff and who was shouting in the salon. The staff dealt with this as calmly as they could and were very apologetic afterwards.
I was very pleased with my end result and will definitely return!

They demanded another 40 pounds at the end because I ‘had a lot of hair’ (even though I had already pre-paid 165 pounds for a haircut and treatment, making clear I had long hair). Appointment at 10:00 didn’t start until 10:30, supposed person to do the haircut wasn’t present, treatment of 3h10m didn’t even take 1h30m. Took the 40 pounds cash off me but my boyfriend went to visit them an hour later, had a quiet word with them, and got the cash back. Complete scammers, avoid completely.
