Really pissed off and disappointed in this treatment after being made to pay more at the end because the staff didn’t read or inform each other of what my appointment was beforehand. Went in for gel hands and toes, and received a gel mani pedi. Got told halfway through that they were doing the wrong one then got made to pay on top of what I had already paid because of their mistake. “Accidentally” doing a more expensive treatment and then making people pay extra is stealing and lying.
