The worst haircut I’ve ever had, to the point I never get one again. I went for a trim and the whole front section of my hair turned into a bob which is by far the most jagged cut I’ve ever seen in my life - hair will be in a pony for the foreseeable.
Went back to complain & they were horribly rude with 0 empathy -“that’s what happens in a haircut, it gets shorter”. Then kept saying it’s what I asked for, even though I said I wanted the front left at the time. Never again.

The environment is really hectic, this is a salon first and the other services are definitely not in the plan, I did however book quite last minute so this might have been on me!
The room cleanliness was really quite poor, old towels, a feeling of dampness and ickiness.
The massage itself was amazing, Rozi was great , she really helped some of my really tense muscles, thank you !
