I have booked for full head colour with blow dry for medium size hair.When I turned up at the appointment at very first start I was told that it's just root colouring and I need to pay extra £30 but they can do it for £20. Then the guy who suppose to do my hair was finishing someone else so when it go to me he was REALLY rushing with it. Then I was made to wait with colour on my head for 55min and only when I asked I was send for washing. I was send off with wet hair and didnt receive blow dry.
