I went in with smooth hair that had a few split ends and left with fried, stringy hair that smells burnt when wet. I left the salon with curls that were done with too high heat and no protectant, as soon as I washed it at home it became obvious I will need to get a big trim to fix the fried ends. Heartbroken.

Slight discrepancy with what was booked on Treatwell vs the realty of the salon (probably a Treatwell issue) as the stylist I booked wasn’t there but the man that stepped in did a great job. Listened to me & gave me a fabulous blowout.
