Trimmed, blow dry. I don't think I was offered deep condition as requested and paid for. Their pc system was down so they couldn't verify what I booked for. Booked via treat well website. The hairdresser tried very hard to lecture me on hair maintenance ie..hair brushing. Overall the experience felt rushed & please do not lecture your clients in future unless asked.
