It was really bad, when I arrived the gentleman there told me I could get my treatment I had already paid for because he was short of staff; he never apologised and joked about him having to do my waxing. Disrespectful and not what I'm used to with Treatwell, had to be there for 15 min before he decided to pay me back £4 short because he did not have change. Awful, totally do not recommend.

Request to have Sol if you are going to do waxing here, she is amazing. The woman I had at this particular waxing appointment was inexperienced.

Lovely family run business with a great community feel. Sadly, on this occasion, the water had sprung a leak and I was waiting 20mins before a cold hair wash and no deep conditioning treatment. Nice cut but the experience was not worth the money.
