Had to wait 20 minutes after appointment time which wasn't too bad but not ideal. The lady who did my wax was very polite and professional and quick. However, the day after it seems as if I have burn marks under my arms and a little bit at the top of my bikini area. Hard to tell if it is just my skin being sensitive or if the wax shouldn't have been that hot - either way, not that great to be left with marks. Don't think I'll be going back again unfortunately.

Excellent in every way. Silvia was very nice and welcoming and very competent. I was extremely satisfied with the result. Had colour, cut and blow dry. The price is also very competitive and satisfying. Overall very happy. I will make it my usual hairdresser from now on.
