My nails have bubbles and sharp bits on the edges. They had limited amount of colours so I couldn't have any of the colours I wanted whether that was a deep pink or a dark red. Only one member of the staff could speak English (which in any normal situation is completely fine) but she was having her hair done so being able to communicate what I wanted was difficult. The staff were sweet and smiled lots. They spent 10 minutes looking for a hand lotion that didn't exist so they could finish off my treatment but unfortunately no such luck.

Good for a cheap wax. Inconsistent quality of beauticians. My first visit was faultless however on my second visit the beautician didn't speak English and did not understand that i didn't want strip wax and insisted on using strip.
