had a bikini wax, came with a voucher, so a very good price. booked a day before and got a requested slot for Friday evening. arrived earlier and got accepted straight away. the staff who did the procedure, Mary, did not speak much, but was caring and did a quick and professional job! although the voucher was for hot wax it was done in a combination with strip and hot. I didn't mind because each was used exactly how it should be in terms of skin sensitivity etc. would come back again.
Fine. The staff didn't seem to care whether I was there or not.

It was really bad, when I arrived the gentleman there told me I could get my treatment I had already paid for because he was short of staff; he never apologised and joked about him having to do my waxing. Disrespectful and not what I'm used to with Treatwell, had to be there for 15 min before he decided to pay me back £4 short because he did not have change. Awful, totally do not recommend.
