Not only did I pay for a hot wax brazilian and received a strip wax instead, but it also it left huge marks on my skin from irritation/burn and was really painful (I have waxed all my life but this really hurt). I feel bad because the woman was lovely but couldn't speak a word of English so I didn't even bother trying to explain the problem and I had a good look and didn't see any hot wax so I didn't bother asking. She did a thorough job though and I'm sure if I had the hot wax I wouldn't have had those marks.

Really happy with my new style. Booked my visit a few hours before and hadn't been there prior to this visit. My hair looks great a few days later and I'll definitely be going back for a regular visit

they couldn't remove my previous polish. made me bleed removing cuticles. terrible quality shellac. many don't speak English so it's hard to communicate. made politely notice the low quality of the result and had a small discount. friendly staff but low quality, I won't come back for sure.
