I arrived and they didn't have my booking on their system which meant I had to wait 15 mins, I only had a short amount of time as was on my lunch break The waxing itself was appalling, she was a very nice lady and very thorough but not sure how experienced she was it was the worst and most painful I have ever had. I woke with bruising due to the way she pulled my skin so I won't be returning!
