Relaxed, friendly and clean environment. Knowledgeable staff who remember you between visits and did not bombard me will a million and one questions. A good cup of tea, however, some more male-focused reading material when waiting would be good.

Hair dresser did not consult much with me and it felt very rushed. 45 min slot but only took 15 mins to cut.

I've previously had a good experience here but this time the hairdresser tried to overcharge me (I had previously paid and she wanted to charge me a further £10) and did not wash my hair properly.
