Booked in for a cut and blow dry. Greeted initially by a lovely man who took me to the back where I met someone else to wash my hair. After this I was barely given any time to explain what I wanted, I had photos to show a style and I felt rushed. He cut my hair to a longer length than I actually described. Then blew dry my hair very flat (I have very fine hair so always ask for it to be given a bit more volume in the blow dry process) and put an oil all over it leaving it looking greasy. Hair dressers in the past know to not bother with product afterwards since I’ve very fine hair - and it just weighs it down. It was all done in about 25 mins - shortest haircut I’ve had. He didn’t check after it was dry for any missed bits - of which there are now many.
I felt as though I was an inconvenience to them - although there were many others in at the time. I’m left with an uneven cut, and regret paying so much for very poor service. It’s annoying because I’ve heard many good things about the salon and was given a promising start to my experience by everyone being lovely. It’s just a shame - I’m sure it would’ve been fine had he not rushed through the process, and actually spoken to me a bit more. I probably won’t be returning - I’ve had cheaper haircuts that were not only a better haircut but a better experience with staff who made you feel welcome!

I had my hair cut with Joe, who was lovely! The cut was exactly what I asked for, and the wavy blow dry was gorgeous :) wish I had been going to a party afterwards to show it off!! The salon was clean and nicely decorated.

Walked in and thought the place needs a bit of an update. I requested Jack but I didn’t get him at all. I got another hairdresser who didn’t speak English at all. He had to call someone to interpret for him while he was in the middle of doing my hair. Apart from that, he did a fantastic job and was very professional. I loved my haircut and it was well worth the money.
