This was the most stressful haircut experience ever. Carlos, the hairdresser, Im sure is a nice guy but he needs more practice. Barely speaks english and has no confidence in himself. I wanted to leave almost straight away however thought I'll give him a chance. I'm now waiting in another hairdresser to have a fix.
