The salon was nice and the haircut was good but the booking had not transferred accross so they were not expecting me and my booked hairdresser was not there. Next time I would call and check the booking had been picked up. I am unsure if this was a Treatwell system issue or a difficulty from the salon.
When I arrived I was not booked into the system but this was quickly sorted and I was able to still have my haircut. The lady cutting my hair was really throrough with figuring out what I wanted as I was having a big change and I felt confident with the end result
