Really friendly staff. My hairdresser was helpful. I had a cut and balayage dye which took a little longer than expected but I was really happy with the final result!
The price was fair but I would have preferred a bit of discount especially since the whole appointment took about 3 hours.

I booked myself I last minute in desperate need of a lopping of all of my split ends. I chose Jackie and Co because it was easy to get to (I found it on google maps) and because it was so much better value for money than anywhere else. When I arrived I was greeted so nicely, was offered teas and coffees and was seen to in under 5 minutes. I was so relaxed and even though I only paid for a wash and cut (no blow dry) he said darling I’m not letting you go out in the cold with wet hair, and blow dried it for me free of charge, and when I tried to pay for the blow dry they just said don’t be silly, just show your face again here ok... we’ll i definitely will be! My hairdresser was Fabio.
