The lady who cut my hair was lovely and did a great job. I thought the salon manager was a bit rude though - my hairdresser was roughly drying my hair so I didn’t have to go out in the cold with soaking wet hair, and he came over and admonished her because I hadn’t paid for a blow dry. I felt bad for her, as she was only trying to be nice and I feel like I got her into trouble!

I arrived on time and got seen quickly, however my mum had to wait a while before anyone came to her. It was just a bit quick and the water on the blow dry was cold.
