I had Raha doing my daughter’s hair but also my hair several times and she is absolutely wonderful. Kind, friendly and passionate!!Last year when Raha moved from a salon in Chelsea to Jackie&Co I decided to do the extra miles to have my hair done by her. My keratin is always done to perfection by Raha and it is always a pleasure to be pampered by her! I would definitely recommend her services.
Rama did a great job!very polite and good haircut. However the manager was disapointing rude with the stuff, he was complaining and shouting tk them in front of the customers-very bad of him to treat thrm like that
It was ok. Lady who was doing Brazilian waxing and massage was very nice and she tried her best. I think there was just some misunderstanding due to the language barrier (seems like she doesn't speak English) as I didn't get the full Brazilian but it looks more like a mix between a bikini and Brazilian. But she has tried her best as my hair was a bit shorter than recommended. As well it felt a bit weird to have a foot massage when the masseuse has gloves on. That I didn't really like. Plus, last time I had a foot massage, I got massaged foot as well as calf not only shinbone area. But overall it was alright.
Specifically for a gel manicure: The appointment started 15 minutes late and took 15 minutes longer than anticipated which means my quick trip to the salon during lunch took two hours. They really don't have a large selection of colours/brands, so if this is something you look for this isn't the salon for you. The nail tech was lovely, although her English was a struggle, although that can be a theme, and isn't really a problem to me. Pretty quality job with a few issues, which is what I normally find as I am a perfectionist. I am worried that it won't last two weeks... Generally the treatment was fine, but I wouldn't go back or recommend. I recommend searching on google for nail salons only in the area (this was really a hair salon with one nail desk).
Ladies, don't waste your time here. Booked a 6pm appointment at 5.50 only to arrive and be told they're running 30 minutes late and to come back. Finally ushered in for a wax and the salon girl kept disappearing. Midway through she slaps on some water based alcohol 'to disinfect'--fairly understandably jump off the bed from the pain and stinging. No oil offered at the end and highlight was coming home to find that a section had been left on one side! So glad i paid twice for parking and had to finish off the wax myself...won't be coming back and will be sticking to my local-the £5 difference is definitely worth it! Not to mention that a day later it still hurts like hell. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
