Worst manicure experience, avoid this salon!!
My appointment was moved with no notice, then I waited 45 min for it to start. Tools weren’t from a sealed bag, and despite asking, I don’t believe they were sterilised. I was cut with the tools and got no proper apology. The polish was old and bubbled everywhere, so I had to remove it myself afterwards. Treatwell agreed ask salon for a refund, but the salon refused. Wasted my time and money, wouldn’t recommend at all!
