As I somewhat expected, it is an extra charge for toner, £25, however I was a little disappointed in the use of this as only one type of toner was used and that was on my roots.
Although Carlos achieved an amazing white blonde (not yellow!) Effect on my dark brown hair, there was only one round of bleaching and one round of toning, which has resulted in a more of a highlighted effect rather than a ombre look, even though I showed him multiple ombre photos. Moreover, there are still streaks if dark brown hair throughout my hair which also kind of ruins any chance of having an ombre look.
Overall, great colour, nice service BUT you need to be prepared to tell them if you think that they haven't followed your instructions; I should have said something there and then.*

Adimas not only is a truly lovely person, but an amazing hairdresser, who knows how to make you look great! I appreciate the whole team, including Sandra, who took such a great care for me, welcoming me with a smile, coffee, glass of water and magazines. They all really made my experience!
