Great for highlights, awful for hair cutting. I’ve been left with uneven hair and the front is cut so badly I can’t wear my hair down. The whole thing felt rushed and I ended up getting charged at extra £5 even though my hair is shoulder length.

Overall it wasn’t bad, had a toner and haircut done. Toner was good although the service wasn’t great, I am not sure the person who shampooed my hair was actually working there or not, my hair was also detangled in a very painful way (even though I am not really sensitive usually). Haircut wasn’t bad but she cut more than I wanted and actually it doesn’t look great when I blow dry my hair at home... will not recommend this place, it was really crowded for such a small salon.

Raha is brilliant; she spent 4 hours correcting my ridiculous hair and turned into a chic style that has turned me into a new person. I recommend her patience, confidence and honesty. She is experienced and calm. You can ask her anything and she will answer it to the best of her abilities. I am defo going back!

Absolutely dreadful. First, they tried to get me to pay double the price quoted on my treatwell voucher, saying the prices had changed. When I said I’d go elsewhere, they told me they would honour it but that any extras would have to be paid for at their normal (extortionate) prices. I said fine. They then told me they couldn’t dye my hair If I didn’t have toner. That was £25. And so it went on. Do NOT go here. They are cheats and won’t honour the booking.

Only thing I couldn't understand is the price charged. Used groupon voucher which was paid beforehand £34 which included half head highlights or full colour and cut blow dry
Paid extra £93 for long hair, full hair colour and highlights. Well over £100. Which seemed very expensive.
