Booked for a wash and cut which was great, however the experience was let down by the person who took my payment. I told them what I was there for however the stylist dried my hair ( not in a style, just so it wasn’t soaking wet). When I went to pay the lady on the desk was quite rude and told me I shouldn’t have let him blow dry it, I explained and there was bit of back and fourth between the two that I feel was unprofessional infront of clients. Some people’s customer service needs improving.
