The whole team was very friendly and considerate. However, they let me go with my hair still half wet and I had to do some touch-up myself when I arrived home. I was booked for 1h but left after only 30 minutes.

This is my second time at Jackie's nails and with Dorina. I've been searching for a nail studio that does actual gel nails on natural nails rather than just shellac and finally found the right place. Dorina is lovely and very easy to get on with. She works fast but with great eye to detail. I finally found my place to go and will be back monthly. Thank you!

They rescheduled my booking 4 times during the day when the treatment was. The hairdresser didn't know how to cut hair. You just want to run out and not let them touch your hair
