I love Raha work. Best colouring done by her. I’ve been going to her since i started to dye my hair she’s the best and so talented. She never fails to disappoint me. Always walk out with a smile on my face. Thank you for your hard work Raha.

Staff members not wearing face masks or gloves. No partitions between customers and every seat taken in the salon - with customers sitting side by side.
My stylist was very friendly and lovely but didn't really listen to what I requested, even with photos. I was also charged an extra £50 for having shoulder-length hair and toner. My hair pretty much looks the exact same as when I went in, no lighter in colour and the cut is also uneven.
Disappointed, especially in the lack of health & safety.

Very messy salon, equipment and capes etc everywhere. In the current situation amidst the COVID-19 pandemic I was not offered a mask, I then had my hair washed by someone without gloves, I sat in the salon chair and practically directed the gentleman how to cut my own hair (simple fade with clippers). I then had to put up with him stroking my face and back of my neck with his long nails not to mention the lack of gloves. I then asked for assistance from another employee next to me, then to be told “don’t speak to her she doesn’t speak English”. I was very close to leaving halfway through my treatment and/or asking for a refund at the end but I was more focused on getting out of there ASAP! Safe to say I will NEVER return to this salon.
