The whole team were awesome! The only small issue would have been that I had to wait about 25 minutes for a chair to be free but I understand how busy things could get. Absolutely loved the job though and will be coming back.

Probably worst wax I’ve ever had. Still isn’t complete so I’m going to have to wait till I’m healed n go elsewhere . Yes I said healed! Been left with a bruised vag bled quite a bit after. It’s 11 hours after treatment and it still burns. NEVER have I had this from anywhere else before! Not only that but I was over charged meant to be £18.99 and I paid £25. Couldn’t even discuss the payment as Stella had vanished by the time I had got dressed and left payment to another member of staff. AVOID!!

Unfortunately, at the time of arrival the salon immediately made up their mind that my hair was too long (just under my shoulders) and with no fine-print on the amount of the surcharge they simply set the full-price for the hair treatment rather than the advertised promotional amount (I had already paid) for this reason. The treatment ultimately did wonders for my hair which I am happy about but, there were language barriers in answering questions. Stella was brilliant and did a really nice job.
