Stella was very friendly and talkative throughout the process although she used strip wax which I’ve never used for Hollywood before. It was not my preference and I stressed that but was convinced that strip wax was the best way. I wanted to trust the expert so went along. Upon looking closer when coming home, I noticed many obvious spots were missed. Days later I am quite sore and quite spotty from what I assume is irritation. I would not use the strip wax again.

The staff was really friendly. However, the institute wasn’t clean and was creepy. She used the wax with strips everywhere for a Hollywood wax and didn’t want to use hot wax without strips. It was more painful than it should have been but the job is done.
