Nope! The salon was cluttered, and had unswept hair everywhere on the floor, awkward customer service, poor timekeeping, and it stank of tobacco. I can't speak to Stella's skills as I hightailled it out of there as fast as possible without the service!
I called Treatwell to ask for a refund: the salon hung up on the lovely TW representative who rung them on my behalf! Not upset with Treatwell at all for how they handled my complaint, just rather unnerved, and grateful that I only lost £18!
The lady who served me was pleasant, but I felt the language barrier made the whole experience a bit awkward. I came in for a wash and cut - the wash was fine, but the actual cut was a let down. She didn’t ask how I usually part my hair, and instead started brushing my wet hair into a middle part (I wear a side part) using a paddle brush. I asked for a trim but she literally took off a mm and didn’t touch my fringe. I came home and cut off another inch myself, should have saved myself the money.
