Stylist didn’t listen to instructions on how I wanted my fringe trimmed. I asked for the exact same style as I currently had but trimmed slightly shorter. I even showed a photo and she did what she wanted. She kept trying to add longer bits of hair not included in my fridge and when I said I don’t want it to be thick, that’s why they are left out, she was aggressive and said it’s wrong. Fringe is uneven and not even the same style as I walked in with. Stressful/ horrible experience
